Usually, the body temperature is up to 37 degrees. When you drink ice water, the body has to spend a lot of energy to maintain the temperature. The energy that is used for digestion or observation of nutrients is used to digest the ice water. Due to this, there is a deficiency of nutrients in the body.
By drinking ice water all the time, the fat present in the body is not easily burned. This is because cold water makes the fat harder. Due to this, it becomes difficult to lose weight.
